Day to day, with training, you will be involved with:-
Organising and managing appointment diaries and meeting rooms;
Meeting and greeting customers/clients;
Preparing quotations and product information for the Sales team;
Tracking stock and inventory, using Microsoft Excel and SAGE;
Placing orders from suppliers;
Order fulfilment- processing order administration, allocating stock and arranging deliveries;
Liaising with customers/clients by phone and email;
Completing reports for the Management team;
And much more!
Mon-Fri 37,5/hrs week
Full training provided
Starting salary – up to £30,000
+ benefits including holiday and pension provisions
