Our client who is a small family run Insurance Brokers is looking for an Account Handler/ Executive to join their busy in the SW London office. The purpose of the role is to assist with both Personal Lines Insurance as well as some Commercial risks. Main Duties: * Handling Motor, Household and Property owners insurance * Dealing with individuals as well as Small to Medium sized compa ies * Dealing with requests from Clients either by phone or email which will involve technical queries, and claims handling * Handling New Business, Renewals and MTAs * Cross selling and up selling where possible * Handling a renewal register with a director, rebroking each risk either via E trade Platform on Acturis or via Insurers own portals * Assist in growing your own business pipelines as well Essential Skills Required: * Previous experience within a similar role * Detailed knowledge of personal and/or commercial insurance * Strong Communication skills Desirable: * Good organisation skills * Use of Acturis system * Insurance qualification
