Your new company You will work for a leading organisation in its sector based in Dartford, Kent. You will work within the finance team assisting with the production of accounts and running of the purchase ledger. This role is temporary and will be expected to last a MINIMUM of 3 months, and is part time (16 hours per week). Your new role * Processing supplier invoices/credit notes, ensu ing they are coded ot matched to existing PO. * Processing freight invoices following the process of charges assignment to relevant purchase orders. * Process stock invoices through receipt lines method. * Reconciling supplier statements requesting missing copies of invoices and resolving any queries. * Duty invoicing (HMRC) and allocation to relevant purchase orders. * Prepare aged creditors report on a monthly basis to monitor the outstanding supplier accounts. What you'll need to succeed * Good understanding of bookkeeping and office practice. * Previous experience in a similar accounts role. * Good MS Excel skills. * Familiar with modern IT based accounting system
