Are you an Employment Law Solicitor / CILEX looking for a new opportunity in the Brighton/Hove area with a Top 500 law firm (WFH 2 days per week).
Our client is an award winning commercial law practice based in Hove and is seeking an Employment lawyer to take over an existing workload acting mainly for Respondents.
You will be advising businesses, organisations and individuals on a range of Employment matters including Redundancy and Restructuring, Equal Opportunity and Diversity issues, Restrictive Covenants, Confidentiality Clauses, Policies Working Time Regulations, Sickness and Absence and Bullying and Harassment issues. Some experience with TUPE, drafting Settlement Agreements and handling Tribunal matters would also be required.
This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to oversee and develop the firms existing Employment law department, the ability to play an active role in business development/attending networking events is required.
You will be joining this established law firm which opened its doors in 2008, working in an open plan office alongside a team of commercially minded lawyers and professionals.
