Who Are We?
We are an online ‘live tuition’ provider for school aged children 5-16. We have helped many thousands of children be the best versions of themselves in Maths, English and the Sciences.
Working with us you’ll be connecting interested parents with the solution they genuinely desire. 1-2-1 live tuition (nothing recorded, not group sessions) at prices that are amongst the lowest available in the UK.
Truly, you will be helping mums and dads change their children’s futures for the better, making a real difference in people’s lives, and saving them money at the same time. A rare but genuine win-win.

What We Offer:

• Commission: You’ll receive a very fair and totally achievable commission, based on outcomes of your work. We will show you how 3-4 hours per day, 6 days a week, will lead to OTE of £1,500.00 to £2,500.00 per month.

• No Basic Salary: This is a commission-only role, meaning your income is entirely performance-based, giving you total control over your earnings.

• Remote (‘WFH’): No office, no commute – just flexibility. (1 x per month meetings on a Saturday morning here in Maidstone).

• All marketing and support are already paid for: We cover all advertising costs and you’ll have a steady stream of new leads (and ‘churn’) to call EVERY DAY.

• Full Support & Resources: Access to training, tools, and ongoing support to ensure your success in this role. Your sales manager (trainer) has 26 years’ experience in the industry

What We’re Looking For:

• Self-motivation and a decent honest work ethic.
• Confidence in working in a commission-only environment.
• Excellent communication skills, familiarity with basic email & CRM input.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

Your Role:

• Calling new enquiries and booking free demonstration tuition classes.
• Calling back previously uncontacted enquiries and doing same.
• Calling families back post the free demonstration and explain fee options.
• Agreeing sales and emailing payment links.
At all times recording communications data on our CRM.
