My client is seeking a motivated and ambitious Tax Consultant/Associate to join their expanding team. This role offers the chance to shape business growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting strategic business initiatives.
This varied and interesting role will involve:
Supporting the Head of Team and Associate Senior Manager in delivering webinars
Assisting with contract renewals, extensions, and tender submissions for new business
Mentoring junior and trainee team members
Participating in new business development and client compliance visits
Building and maintaining client relationships through contract review meetings, ensuring KPIs are consistently achieved.
Conducting appraisals for junior team members
Delivering training sessions
The right person for this role will have:
Proven experience in finance or accountancy
Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Leadership capabilities, with a passion for mentoring and motivating teams.
