Legal Secretary

Up to £28k per annum

Provide administrative support to solicitors and legal executives to ensure efficient document flow and correspondence management.
Key responsibilities include:
Typing legal documents from notes or digital dictation
Managing file organisation, including opening/closing files and preparing trial bundles
Handling routine calls, new inquiries, and managing Fee Earners' schedules
Conducting online searches and general administrative typing (e.g., land registry forms)
Assisting other departments as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong IT skills, especially in Word; knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel helpful
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
Professional communication and strong grammar skills
Legal secretary training or relevant qualifications preferred
