School First Aid & Reprographics Officer
6-9 Months Cover
Term Time
£15-16ph
Monday - Friday 8am-4pm
Key responsibilities
* Develop and produce high quality resource materials to support staff
* Operate and maintain reprographic equipment, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
* Ensure reprographics equipment is in good, working order and materials are appropriately stocked.
* Provide first aid support to students, seeking extra support when required.
* Maintain accurate records of first aid incidents.
* Assist with health assessment, immunisation and health promotion programmes.
Qualifications and skills
* Previous experience in reprographics and/or first aid.
* Previous experience of running effective administrative systems, preferably in a school environment.
* Must have an in date First Aid Certificate
* Experience of data entry into databases and other IT systems.
* Excellent communication, writing and editing skills.
* Good level of IT skills.
This role requires an enhanced DBS on the update service.
