Main Duties
• Loading and Unloading Vehicles: Efficiently manage the loading and unloading of vehicles to ensure timely deliveries.
• Inbound Paperwork Verification: Accurately check off loads against inbound paperwork to maintain inventory integrity.
• Order Preparation: Pick and pallet wrap outbound customer orders with precision.
• Sample Management: Collate, wrap, and dispatch samples to customers promptly.
• Marketing Support: Compile marketing tile cards as needed.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a tidy and uncluttered warehouse environment.
• Sales Desk Liaison: Coordinate with the Grestec sales desk regarding dispatches and export documentation.
• Customer Experience: Adhere to sales processes to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Manual Handling: Perform heavy manual handling tasks safely.
• Space Management: Implement smart space management practices for efficient documentation and storage.
• Stock Checks: Conduct constant stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Building Maintenance: Perform general handyman tasks for building and site maintenance.
• KPI Achievement: Meet and exceed set KPIs.

Skills Required
• Forklift Operation: Valid counterbalance forklift licence.
• Literacy: High level of literacy to understand inbound documentation from EU countries.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer literacy, especially all Microsoft software.
• Self-Management: Ability to self-manage tasks and proactively improve workflows.
• Positive Disposition: Naturally happy disposition with precision, interest, pride, care, and consistency in tasks.
• Attention to Detail: Enthusiastic about scrupulous attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and people skills, polite manner with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and drivers.
• Spelling and Grammar: Literate with excellent spelling and grammar.
• Product Knowledge: Interest in learning product knowledge, both aesthetically and technically.
• Business Ethics: Ability to communicate effectively with good business ethics.
• Organisational Skills: Excellent organisation, time management, priority management, and attention to detail.
• Teamwork: Self-motivated and able to work alone as well as in a team.
• Positive Attitude: Positive attitude and ability to get along with various personalities.

Additional Information
• Team Environment: You will be one of two people in the warehouse, primarily focused on inbound vehicle checks, customer pallet dispatches, stock, and warehouse organisation. Secondary focus on samples, especially when your colleague is on holiday.
• Company Culture: The company has 12 people in total, emphasising respect and collaboration to ensure a high level of customer experience.

Working Hours
• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
