Recruiting a new permanent team member, this is an exciting time to join a busy & collaborative team environment - without the KPIs/targets of many industry roles.,

Taking a customer-centric approach, this company replace KPIs with a focus on ensuring satisfaction; and so seek a likeminded candidate to join the team.
Providing FULL industry training - this could also be a chance to break into the sector!
Day to day, you will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end property sales processes including:-
- Registering new buyers, by phone video and through meetings, ascertaining their wants, needs and must-haves; and providing advice and support regularly through the process
- Conducting property listings and registering new properties entering the market;
- Arranging and attending valuations and viewings;
- Negotiating offers and completing administration

With the benefit of an outstanding reputation in the sector; this company have a busy and active customer-base!

5 days/week - 1 Saturday in 4 (day off in lieu)
Fab office location and environment

Salary with experience £24-28000
+ support to qualifications!
+ paid mileage
