Our client, a well-established and growing company, is seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join their finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in credit control/accounts receivable who is looking to develop their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Managing and maintaining the company’s credit control processes
• Chasing outstanding debts via phone and email
• Building strong relationships with customers to ensure timely payment
• Allocating incoming payments and reconciling accounts
• Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies
• Working closely with internal departments to resolve queries

The Ideal Candidate will have……
• Previous experience in Credit Control
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
