Key Responsibilities:

Managing and developing relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service
Conducting viewings and negotiating sales to achieve the best outcomes for all parties
Proactively generating new business and identifying sales opportunities
Keeping up to date with market trends and industry knowledge
Ensuring all administrative tasks and legal requirements are completed efficiently
What We’re Looking For:

✔ Previous experience in a sales-focused role (property experience preferred but not essential)
✔ Strong negotiation and communication skills
✔ A proactive and results-driven approach
✔ Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
✔ A full UK driving licence (if required for property visits)
