Hardmans is a friendly and established firm of solicitors located in the heart of the beautiful award-winning town of Deal, Kent. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Conveyancer to join our team, either on a full-time or part-time basis.

About the Role:

As a Conveyancer, you will manage your own caseload of residential property transactions, including:

Sales and purchases
Remortgages
Transfers of equity
Leasehold and freehold properties

You will be responsible for:

Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors/professionals
Drafting and reviewing legal documents
Conducting searches and investigations
Managing the conveyancing process from start to finish

About You:

Conveyancer (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or paralegal) with relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Confidence with case management software (we use Leap).
A client-focused approach.

What We Offer:

Competitive salary banding: £35,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience).
Full-time or part-time considered.
