Our client, an established family run financial services business has an urgent requirement for a permanent Commercial Account Handler to join their successful team.

To be considered for this role you will need:

* Commercial insurance experience
* Cert CII status or actively working towards it
* Able to communicate clearly, positively and effectively both verbally in writing
* Strong GCSEs or equivalent preferred
* Occasional overtime may be required

Key responsibilities will include:

* Client management
* Policy administration
* Quotations
* Customer Service
* Documentation
* Claims assistance
* Compliance

The ideal candidate will be aware of compliance and best practice guides, conduct rules, security protocols and the employee handbook, along with existing knowledge of core policies and FCA RULES.

This is a full time, office based role Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
