Your new company
A manufacturing business based in Mid Kent are looking for a new Financial Accountant to join their team. The role will be required to act as the main contact for the UK legal entity for the completion of the statutory accounts.

Your new role

* Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
* Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with management to create and analyse budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
* Month-End Close: Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing processes.
* Compliance: Stay up-to-date with accounting standards and regulations.
* Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits.
* Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimisation and efficiency gains.


What you\'ll need to succeed
The Financial Accountant will need to have

* Professional Qualification: Hold a recognised accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/).
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial accounting.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
* Attention to Detail: Accuracy is crucial in financial reporting.



What you\'ll get in return
The Financial Accountant is paying £60-65,000 plus bonus and other benefits. Flexible working options are available.
